Help Wanted: Marketing Assistant / Social Media Coordinator

AmericanFrame.com needs assistance with the development and implementation of its evolving social media strategy and content management efforts.  This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact in a small team environment, working closely with the Marketing team in Maumee, OH.

Specifically, this job will involve the following activities:

• Increase AmericanFrame.com’s web presence and social media influence, primarily via the following outlets: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, Houzz and YouTube
• Monitor day to day online activity of all social media channels and respond appropriately
• Search out emerging social media channels including art related forums and blogs
• Implement new Facebook apps, contests and manage social media campaigns
• Generate and manage implementation of blog content, articles, video blogs and online media events to generate excitement to various target markets about our products and services
• Attend weekly meetings and report on accomplishments, goals and challenges

Other Marketing responsibilities will include:

• Website maintenance in the areas of product content, images and pricing databases
• Management of miscellaneous projects that may arise to support the company’s marketing goals

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2 years minimum Social Media Marketing experience either with a company, charitable organization, or personal branding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Background in picture framing, art, photography or digital media helpful
• Candidate should be energetic and a motivated team player, willing to work with a diverse group of people to achieve organizational goals
• Proficiency with DSLR and video helpful

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level of the interested candidate.
